Made over three days, with organic wheat and spelt flour, oat milk and an organic vegan block, containing Shea Oil, Coconut Oil, Rapeseed Oil and Almond Butter. Peter Cook use the same sponge as their Ledbury Loaf to give these croissants a natural depth of flavour.
