Nutella Cookie (GF)

One of the best incidentally gluten free bakes we've ever come across, we adapted this recipe from one by Honey and Co, added the sweet Nutella filling and sandwiched the cookies together, creating an instant classic. These are a chewy chocolate hit to keep you going through the afternoon.
