Bara Brith

A mainstay on our menu, suitable for many occasions throughout the day, we soak the dried fruit in a mix of strong tea, earl grey and spices for a day before adding it to the cake mix. This welsh tea loaf, made without fat is delicious popped into the toaster and then slathered in salted butter! A real treat at breakfast time!

Ingredients: Plain WHEAT flour , EGGS, sugar, Black Tea, Earl Grey Tea (Bergamot) Dried Fruit SULPHITES, Mixed Spice
