Our secret recipe rissoles are both vegan and gluten free. Nuts, Chestnuts and a mix of vegetables and spices make these patties wonderfully versatile, great on one of our salad bowls or grab a box of four to put in the freezer at home. They are lovely warm with mashed potatoes, veg and gravy with a splodge of redcurrant jelly! Makes a wonderful vegan Sunday lunch.
